Meanwhile, Dorota brings hands-on experience and support into operations and behind the wheel. Borna says, “Dorota is great at putting herself into our drivers’ shoes. She’s always thinking seven steps ahead about how we can champion them and their development.”

“When we sponsored our drivers to get their licences, I thought to myself, ‘Why am I not getting mine?’,” says Dorota. “So, now I am also a licensed driver! It helps me create better working conditions and solve problems more effectively.”

This balance of roles is one of the couple’s greatest strengths. Dorota supports the driver team day-to-day, and Borna keeps the business growing. While both work towards a shared goal: long-term security for their family. “We’re doing this for our future,” says Borna. “One day, we will be able to buy a big farm to retireto. That is our dream.”
