Founded by family

In 2014, brothers Antonio and Fabrizio Vinciguerra founded their transport business, Fed Logistica, with a few trucks and a lot of ambition. They dreamed of making their mark in the world of transportation and building something big from scratch. Slowly but surely, Antonio and Fabrizio began making a name for themselves in the industry, growing their network and winning customer loyalty. What began as a small family venture has turned into a thriving operation with a bright future.

Expanding with Amazon Relay

In 2016, Fed Logistica joined Amazon Relay. Beginning with spot trips, the brothers steadily grew the business across Europe, increasing their volumes and obtaining fixed lanes. Working with Amazon Relay, the team was able to scale up and invest in more trucks, hire more drivers, and expand their operations internationally. Soon enough, the brothers were managing a fleet of 150 trucks, which now operates across several different countries throughout Europe.

“Amazon Relay gave us the confidence we needed to grow. We started with occasional transport jobs and now we handle consistent routes across Europe—Spain, France, Germany, you name it!” says their nephew, Daniele.

Everyone plays a part

As the business expanded, so did the team: more family members got involved and Fed Logistica became a thriving family-owned and run business. Each family member has their own unique and vital role within the company.

Antonio manages general operations and oversees strategic decisions, while Fabrizio manages the fleet, coordinates maintenance, assigns vehicles to drivers, and technical interventions. Antonio’s son Vincenzo and his nephew Daniele are customer-focused: Daniele is growing the customer base, while Vincenzo deals directly with customers and their requests. Susanna, Antonio’s wife, takes care of business admin such as accounting and invoicing.

“It’s not just about the trucks; it’s about family. My brother, my sons, my wife, and the whole team—together, we’ve grown this business, and Amazon Relay is a key part of that success,” says Antonio.
