Warsaw, 24. January 2022. Since September 2021, Amazon created in Poland additional 2,000 permanent roles, bringing its total to more than 25,000. Employees in all roles receive a wide range of benefits such as private medical care, private health insurance and an employee discount. The associates in Amazon’s Fulfillment Centers, who have been employed for more than one year, can also access the Career Choice program, through which the company supports training programs in the subject of their choice, financing 95 percent of the tuition and the associated fees of up to 26,000 PLN in four years’ time.

"In the last ten years, we have become a part of the fabric of Polish life, and we are proud of that. We wouldn’t be able to grow on this scale without welcoming communities and professional support from central, regional and local authorities. Our top priority is to keep our employees safe – it comes before anything else, and that’s why we invest in safety, along with excellent pay and excellent benefits" – says Marian Sepesi, Regional Director at Amazon Operations Poland.
