This includes the Career Choice programme, which is a contribution of up to 3,000 EUR on average, every year, made by Amazon towards the training and education of eligible associates across Europe in a field of their choosing. We also celebrate the other family benefits, such as the Family bonus paid to new parents in Germany, which is equivalent of up to 75% of their monthly salary, or the additional months extra paid parental leave offered in France.
