Up to €8,000 towards learning new skills for hourly employees
For our employees across Europe who want to grow their career, we pre-pay 95% of tuition, up to €8,000, towards tuition in high demand fields. This can be used towards a certificate or diploma in qualified fields of study leading to in-demand jobs, and is available after one year of service with us.

Because we believe there’s nothing more important than developing skills for your future, for the jobs of the future. Even if that means pursuing a career outside of Amazon.
