United Kingdom:

LinkedIn recognized Amazon as top one desirable workplace on its 2019 Top Companies list in UK.

We were ranked at the top spot for the fifth and sixth consecutive time in the UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI) in both January and July 2018. The biannual report explores customer satisfaction with organizations across 13 industry sectors, collates responses from 10,000 consumers and measures over thirty key drivers for customer satisfaction in the UK.
We also won the Consumer Choice award at the Retail Week Awards in March 2019.

Spain:

We were recognized as "the most attractive company to work" by "Randstad Employer Brand Research 2018".
We’ve also been selected by Universum in 2018 and 2019 as one of the "Most Attractive Employers" (4th position in the ranking of IT students) and #2 in YouGov's “Workers´Choice 2019 Best Brand”.

France:

The French Best Brand Awards recognized us “Best Corporate Brand” in 2018 and 2019.
We also ranked “Top preferred retailer brand” by OC&C Strategy consulting group in in the multi-specialist e-commerce category and “Customer relationship 2019” in the e-commerce category by Kantar and Bearing Point.

Italy:

For the fourth year in a row, Italian customers have rated Amazon.it the country’s best company in terms of service experience, in a survey conducted by German Institute of Quality and Finance. We’ve also been ranked #1 Superbrands Pop Award in 2018.

We were rewarded #1 Ipsos Most Influencial Brand: Over 4,000 Italians expressed their opinion on 100 brands, evaluating the company on engagement, leading edge, trust and reliability, corporate citizenship and presence.

We were also awarded #1 Retailer of the year 2018 in the Online Store category by “Insegna dell’anno”, “Company of the Year” in Italy.

Germany:

LinkedIn recognized Amazon as one of the most desirable workplaces on its 2019 Top Companies list and 3rd Top Company in 2018.

We were ranked top employers for graduates 2019 by Trendence - Universum, in the retail category for the fifth year in a row as well as top employers for Young Professionals 2018 in the E-commerce category.

Poland:

Amazon Poland was listed and on the 3rd place in the category Employers for Engineers Pracodawca dla nżyniera 2019 by AIESEC and on the 23rd place in the general ranking Employer of the Year 2018.
