Amazon Web Services (AWS) reveals the selection of seven European cutting-edge startups that will exhibit at the AWS and NVIDIA Startup Village during VivaTech, June 17–20, 2026 in Paris. Selected for their innovations and production-ready use cases, these companies cover a broad spectrum of artificial intelligence: predictive AI on tabular data, voice, speaker intelligence, decision intelligence, physical AI, web search infrastructure for AI agents, and industrial knowledge sharing.

All seven startups rely on AWS cloud infrastructure and NVIDIA accelerated computing to train, deploy, and serve their AI models in production. Together, they represent approximately 470 employees and more than $150 million in recent cumulative funding.

"In 2025, 4.4 million European companies adopted AI for the first time. Yet only 22% use it in a transformative way. These seven startups demonstrate that it is possible to move beyond experimentation: they deploy production use cases, on real data, with measurable business impact. This is exactly what Europe needs to turn its potential into results," said Sasha Rubel, AI Policy Lead for EMEA at AWS.

“Across Europe, startups are playing a pivotal role in advancing the next wave of AI-driven innovation and competitiveness. Moving from experimentation to real-world impact requires more than technology alone; it depends on access to resilient infrastructure, trusted partners, and a supportive ecosystem. At VivaTech’s Startup Village, NVIDIA and AWS are highlighting how European founders are turning cutting-edge AI into deployable solutions, helping to strengthen the region’s startup community and broader digital economy,” said Tobias Halloran, EMEAI Director of Startups at NVIDIA.

Seven startups selected for the AWS and NVIDIA Startup Village

Neuralk AI (founded 2023 in France) is bringing to prediction what LLMs brought to text. Neuralk has developed Seldon, an enterprise-grade Tabular Foundation Model that enables any company to predict anything, in minutes, on any dataset.

At VivaTech 2026, Neuralk will showcase Seldon and show how this model, deployed in customers’ AWS environments, can help address any predictive use case.

Gradium (founded 2025 in France), spun out of the Kyutai research lab and founded by experts from Google DeepMind, Meta FAIR, Google Brain, and Jane Street, makes voice interactions with AI natural and instantaneous. Gradium builds ultra-low latency audio language models and uses AWS as its default inference infrastructure, running on G7e instances equipped with latest-generation NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 GPUs.

At VivaTech 2026, Gradium will demonstrate the next generation of voice AI with ultra low latency audio language models running on AWS, making conversations with AI more natural and responsive.

pyannoteAI (founded 2024 in France), built on 12 years of CNRS research, automatically identifies who is speaking, when, and how in an audio stream — in real time. A reference in speaker intelligence with more than one billion downloads on HuggingFace, the startup deployed its production infrastructure through the AWS Startup program and recently launched the first production-grade Streaming Diarization model.

At VivaTech 2026, pyannoteAI will run live demos on real world audio to illustrate how its production grade streaming diarization and speaker intelligence stack into voice agents, transcription services, and regulated industries.

Aily Labs (founded 2020 in Switzerland) helps Fortune 500 executives, including at Sanofi, make data-driven operational decisions through its AI-powered Decision Intelligence platform. Aily Labs runs on NVIDIA L4 and L40 GPUs deployed on AWS G6 infrastructure, delivering up to 99% predictive accuracy at scale. At Vivatech 2026, Aily Labs will present live demos of its Decision Intelligence “Super Agent” in action across supply chain and finance, exploring real time risk predictions, what if scenarios, and automated decisions.

Physicl (founded early 2026 in France, spun out of Nfinite) generates the 3D training data that robots and physical AI need to learn to interact with the real world. Physicl works with AWS and NVIDIA to deliver simulation environments optimized for NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac Lab, built on Amazon Deadline Cloud, Amazon API Gateway, and a full AWS observability stack.

At Vivatech 2026, Physicl will showcase how its simulation environments with AWS and NVIDIA support robots and physical AI systems.

Seltz AI (founded 2025 in Italy, based in the US) provides autonomous AI agents with structured, reliable access to web information — where traditional search engines are not designed for machines. Its Web Knowledge API v1 delivers contextualized web content optimized for real-time AI reasoning.

At VivaTech 2026, Seltz AI will demonstrate how it rebuilt web search infrastructure for AI, from proprietary crawler to combined lexical, semantic and graph indexes, in order to provide agents with structured, real time web information through its Web Knowledge API.

Ask for the Moon (founded 2018 in France) helps industrial companies — including EDF, Orano, and Eiffage — capture and share critical employee expertise through a "cogenerative" AI platform controlled by subject-matter experts. With AWS and Devoteam, the startup migrated its platform to AWS as part of a multi-cloud strategy. At Vivatech 2026, Ask for the Moon will showcase its French sovereign AI expertise sharing platform used by industrial companies to capture and share critical employee know-how.
