Amazon partners with premium brands to offer customers fast delivery of high quality everyday products.

Amazon supports French talent and excellence in the food sector.

From today, in Paris and 21 towns in the neighboring area, Prime Now customers will also be able to shop online and order fully-organic grocery products from Bio c’ Bon, and wines and spirits from the LAVINIA selection and can receive these products in a one or two-hour-delivery window at the most convenient place for them. The luxury French grocery brand Fauchon will also join Prime Now in November.

Thanks to these partnerships, a wider selection of products – including fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and fresh deli products as well as wine and spirits - will be available through the Amazon Prime Now app. The service already includes over 18,000 articles and will be expanded with up to 5,000 additional items that customers can purchase with a simple click. Once the products are selected, Prime customers will just have to relax while Amazon shops for them!

Amazon products are delivered between 8am to 10pm seven days a week and Bio c’ Bon’s six days a week and until 2pm on Sundays. LAVINIA’s selection will be delivered from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 10 pm and Fauchon’s until 8pm.

“The partnership we reached with three high-standard partners, Fauchon, Bio c’ Bon and LAVINIA, is a milestone in the development of the Prime Now service in Paris: allowing us to further expand the variety of products offered, while also extending to the customers of these three great partners the chance of benefitting from our ultra-fast delivery service”, said Frédéric Duval, General Manager of Amazon.fr. “French wine, gastronomy and also people’s love for organic products is a big part of French culture. Ee are sure French customers will value these premium brands.”

"We are delighted that Amazon Prime Now strengthens its organic selection through our full range of products, carefully selected for their taste and freshness. This partnership fully meets the demand of some of our customers who pay special attention to their health and the environment, in particular young parents and active people, who are under time pressure but will now be able to make their daily organic shopping in one click!", added Bio c' Bon.

With this extension of Prime Now, Amazon also supports French talents and French excellence in the food sector. Through its partners’ suppliers (including Fauchon’s Meilleurs Ouvriers de France) Amazon will contribute to support small producers and local business development, in line with Amazon’s overall contribution to the local economy. Amazon has a long-term commitment to the French economy and has invested locally more than €1.5Bn since 2010.

"It might be unexpected that a French gastronomy ambassador joins an ecommerce global player. At Fauchon we love to be where we are not expected to be, creativity and boldness is part of our DNA. This partnership with Amazon Prime Now fulfills an ambition: to share culinary excellence and offer a premium service to our customers. With Amazon Prime Now, we strengthen our remote sales activity by taking advantage of the expertise of Amazon on fast delivery" declared Jules Trecco, Marketing, Communication and Digital Director of Fauchon Paris.

"We are very pleased to offer Amazon Prime Now customers the LAVINIA’s selection of wines and spirits from all around the world, to suit all tastes and all budgets. From the "bottles-to-discover" at less than €10 to superior wines, our urban customers can now shop online among our selection and receive their order in one hour at home, at a friend’s place, or at any address of their choice in Paris and its area. It is an offer that meets our purpose: to bring an innovative spirit in the world of wine distribution and consumption", said Yannick Branchereau, CEO of LAVINIA Group.
